Santither Bakes started in 2016 as a small kitchen experiment between friends who shared an unshakeable love for baking. What began with a tray of salted caramel cupcakes at a neighbourhood market has grown into one of Melbourne's most beloved artisan bakeries.
We still operate with the same philosophy: quality ingredients, no shortcuts, and a genuine care for the people we bake for. Our butter comes from Gippsland dairies, our vanilla is real bean paste, and our chocolate is Belgian couverture. Every recipe has been tested, tasted and perfected until it feels just right.

For cupcakes and standard treats, we recommend ordering at least 48 hours ahead. Celebration cakes and custom designs require a minimum of one week's notice, and wedding cakes should be booked at least four to six weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.
Yes, we deliver throughout metropolitan Melbourne seven days a week. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your postcode. For orders over $120, delivery within 20 km of our Southbank kitchen is complimentary.
Absolutely. We offer gluten-free, vegan, nut-free and dairy-free options across most of our range. Please mention any allergies or dietary needs when placing your order so we can ensure everything is prepared safely and tastes wonderful.

Our cupcakes and cakes are best enjoyed within two to three days of delivery when stored in a cool, dry place. Brownies and cookies keep well for up to five days in an airtight container. We never use artificial preservatives, so freshness is always at its peak on the day of baking.
For corporate and event catering, we have a minimum order of $80. This typically covers a mixed platter of 12 to 16 items. For larger events, we offer tiered pricing and can work with you to build a menu that suits your budget and headcount.
